Ryan Nunneley is the General Manager of Oildale Mutual Water Company (OMWC), a position he has held since 2023 after joining the organization in 2015. He previously worked for an environmental consulting firm in Los Angeles for five years before moving back to the Bakersfield area, where he spent a decade at Dee Jaspar and Associates.

Ryan serves on the Board of the Water Association of Kern County (WAKC) and participates in the Urban Bakersfield Advisory Committee (UBAC) for the Kern County Water Agency. He has also been a member of the CalMutuals JPRIMA Board of Directors since 2023.

Ryan is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Biochemistry.
