Jacqui Noel is a Risk Analyst at the El Dorado Irrigation District (District) headquarters office.

The District has a service area that spans over 220 square miles and provides hydroelectric and solar power, drinking water treatment and distribution, waste water collection and treatment, recycled water, and recreation facilities.

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from California State University Northridge and has been with the District since 2006. As a key member of the District legal team Jacqui presents herself with accountability, integrity, and professionalism and is mindful of her role in public service.

Jacqui enjoys outdoors and all that the Sierra Nevada’s have to offer.
